Parallel 34 Capital (“P34”) is a private equity sponsor founded by Morgan McClure and Andrew Robbins, who spent fifteen years investing side by side at Fortress Investment Group. We invest in and operate businesses across the lower and middle market. We allocate capital deal-by-deal rather than from a blind-pool fund. That is deliberate: we are not on a fund clock and not obligated to deploy capital. Our capital comes from long-term institutional relationships and is from patient capital providers so we can hold a good business for as long as needed. Every transaction is underwritten on its own merits and individually placed with our capital partners. Our flexible mandate allows us to custom tailor transactions. We bring operating experience and mindset, not just passive board roles. Our lean structure enables us to act fast in complex situations that stall single-instrument investors.

The principals invest personal capital in every deal, seller rollovers are welcomed, and capital partners are chosen for a transaction well before it is signed. Equity is sourced transaction by transaction from a carefully cultivated network of long-tenured partners including family offices, investment funds and individual investors.
