Morgan McClure
Morgan McClure has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, and corporate finance. He brings extensive investment and restructuring expertise as both a principal investor and board member, having led teams through dozens of complex situations as a senior creditor, junior creditor, and equity holder across industries including restaurants, retail, franchising, financial services, and real estate.
For the past 16 years, Morgan served at Fortress Investment Group, a global investment manager with over $50 billion in assets under management. Most recently, he was a Managing Director, Partner, and member of the Investment Committee within Fortress’s credit funds, where he focused on middle‑market lending, structured equity, and junior capital investments across consumer sectors (including restaurants, retail, food, and broader consumer products), lender finance, specialty finance, industrials, and media. His work also included acquiring opportunistic assets and portfolios such as corporate loans, real estate (including sale‑leasebacks), and other debt and equity investments.
Morgan has served on the Boards of Bass Pro Shops, SPB Hospitality, Smarte Carte International, and Krystal Restaurants, among others, and was Chairman of the Board of Red Lobster.
Prior to Fortress, Morgan held investment roles at Atalaya Capital Management and The White Oak Group, an aerospace and defense private equity firm. He began his career in the real estate investment banking group at Wachovia Securities and in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Morgan holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a BSBA from the University of Richmond.
Andrew Robbins
Andrew Robbins has more than 20 years of experience in private credit, private equity, special situations, leveraged finance, and restructuring. He brings extensive investment and restructuring expertise as both a principal investor and board member. He has originated, structured, and managed investments as a senior creditor, junior creditor, and equity holder across industries including gaming, leisure and entertainment, restaurants, media and music, and consumer.
For the past 15 years, Andrew served at Fortress Investment Group, a global investment manager with over $55 billion in assets under management. Most recently, he was a Managing Director in Fortress's credit funds, where he invested more than $8 billion across 60+ transactions. These included direct and club-led credit facilities, structured equity, distressed and secondary debt, and whole-business securitizations, with a focus on gaming, leisure, restaurants, entertainment, and music.
Andrew has served as a director or board observer of Red Lobster, ARC Gaming and Technologies, Win Systems, Kent Outdoors, CQ Holding Company, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, UPtv, RealD, Spirit Music Group, and Umami Restaurant Group.
Before Fortress, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, a $5 billion special situations firm. There he invested in high-yield, leveraged loan, and distressed opportunities and took part in in- and out-of-court restructurings. He began his career in the leveraged finance and restructuring group at UBS Investment Bank.
